Classic Le Gruyere is our house staple. Made with raw cow’s milk. Productin takes place around the town of Fribourg in Switzerland. The pate is compact, with occasional holes. It is nutty and aromatic with an umami kick. We like it with sake,white wine or oloroso sherry. With fondue or gratins this is you go to cheese.
